Abbi McDonald

Abbi is a landscape designer who believes design can be a helping hand to the earth and the systems that sustain it. With a focus on regenerative landscape design and management, she approaches her work from a generational perspective, considering how landscapes can support people and the environment over time. She is passionate about using design to tell stories and create meaningful connections to place, an approach influenced by landscape architect Julie Bargmann and her practice of looking closely at a site’s history, ecological systems, and existing conditions to uncover opportunities for regeneration and renewal.
